Remote Audit Program

The Remote Audit program is designed to monitor compliance to company policy, identify customer service issues, and review employee integrity.  The audit program will provide corporate with a snapshot of the performance of the store and effectiveness of the store management so they can respond by taking appropriate disciplinary action or rewarding excellent performance.

Components of Remote Audit Program

  • Audit Design – P&L Solutions will work with your corporate executives to design the audit that is right for your organization.  Your company always has final approval over the audit and you are free to make changes at any time.
  • Exception Report Analysis – P&L Solutions will monitor your POS Exception Reports to identify negative trends and provide feedback to store operations on methods to reduce exceptions through effective management techniques.
  • Video Review – P&L Solutions will spend up to 15 minutes per audit reviewing video through your company IP based system.
  • Detailed Reporting – P&L Solutions will complete and submit a detailed audit, including a narrative of their observations.  All reports will be submitted through our online 4-KAST database.
  • Results Compilation – All results of the audits will be compiled through our online 4-KAST database.  The Company will be able to track their history and run a variety of reports to check on past performance.
